We are passionate about helping pastors reach their potential and equipping them with the tools they need to meet the challenges of pastoral ministry. Our program provides pastors with the support, guidance, and mentorship they need to fulfill their callings healthily and effectively. We believe in creating a safe and nurturing environment for pastors to explore their gifts, develop leadership skills, and create meaningful connections with other pastors and professionals. We strive to create a supportive network of peers, mentors, and resources that helps pastors grow in their faith and find success.

Our founders established SHIFT Leadership to create a dynamic, comprehensive leadership development and mentoring program that promotes self-awareness, creativity, meaningful relationship building, and self-differentiated leadership. Our team of experts is committed to helping pastors develop their skills and resources to serve their communities better.
Our comprehensive curriculum consists of three core areas: pastoral well-being, agency, and imagination. Our training and support programs aim to equip pastors with the skills and resources necessary to lead their congregations effectively. We are passionate about creating a supportive, holistic environment for pastors to reach their full potential in ministry.
How This Program Can Help Pastors Thrive in Ministry
The SHIFT Leadership program provides pastors with the support and guidance they need to fulfill their callings effectively. In addition, our comprehensive leadership development and mentoring program focuses on helping pastors build self-awareness, creativity, meaningful relationships, and self-differentiated leadership.
The program offers individual and group mentoring, as well as team mentoring. In addition, through webinars, podcasts, and small cohort groups facilitated by experienced pastors, we provide pastors with the tools and resources necessary to develop their leadership skills.
Our Audience
At SHIFT Leadership, we work with pastors in black churches, seminarians, and other students preparing to become pastors or enter a different area of ministry. We are committed to creating an environment conducive to growth and encouraging self-exploration.
